Eltham Medical Practice would like to take the opportunity to sincerely apologise to all patients who have experienced difficulties in the preceding weeks with our telephone system. We have been experiencing major technical issues and our telephone providers have been aware every step of the way and have been working to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible. These issues are out of our hands and it has been just as frustrating for the staff as it has been for those patients who have experienced difficulties.
If you notice any issues with our telephone system going forward, especially if you are holding to speak to a receptionist and you find you have been disconnected, please do note the time of your call, the telephone number you are calling from and the number you dial and let us know, if you are unable to get through on the phones you are more than welcome to submit your request on our website.
