IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL PATIENTS 

Wednesday 25th March

In order to ensure that we deploy our staff as effectively  as possible, our Passey Place reception will be closed from Monday 23rd March for the foreseeable future. Our Westmount branch will re-open on Monday 23rd.

Any outstanding prescriptions which are due for collection will be available at our Well Hall surgery from Monday. In future, we will be asking patients to nominate a chemist to which we can forward prescriptions electronically to avoid patients having to come into reception.

PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE PRACTICE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. IF YOU DO ARRIVE AT THE PRACTICE YOU WILL BE TRIAGED AT THE FRONT DOOR OR ASKED TO RETURN HOME AND TELEPHONE THE PRACTICE 

Get an isolation note

Use this service if you have to stay at home because of coronavirus and you need a note for your employer.

If you have to stay at home but feel well enough to work, ask your employer if you can work from home. If you can work from home, you will not need an isolation note.

We will keep all patients updated as frequently as possible.

In order to protect all patients and our staff, we will not be making any routine appointments until further notice. Any existing appointments have been cancelled with immediate effect.

If you feel that you need to be seen urgently please telephone the Practice. You will be asked some questions by the receptionist. They will then put a message on for a clinician to contact you if necessary.

We apologise for any inconvenience but we hope patients will understand why we are having to take these measures.

hospEltham Medical Practice provides primary care medical services to local residents, offering a wide range of clinics and services throughout the week.   We are located within the Eltham Community Hospital in Passey Place and at our branch surgeries in Well Hall Rd and Westmount Rd.Patients can be seen at any of our surgeries.(Please see note under news section for temporary arrangements regarding appointments) Many services are available at both sites but certain clinics only operate from our Passey Place surgery. Please click on the tab headed services for more details.

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know your ideas on how we may improve our service.

New technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
