nhs111When We Are Closed

Outside normal surgery opening times patients should contact the NHS 111 Service by calling 111 from any telephone.  The NHS 111 service can provide general medical advice and assistance, and if appropriate will direct you to our local out of hours provider or other local service.  They can also arrange an ambulance if necessary. It is however possible to book routine appointments to be seen at the Eltham Community Hospital but this will not be with your practice GP. These appointments are available from 6.30 pm until 8.pm Monday to Friday and from 8.am until 8.pm Saturday and Sunday. Please speak to our reception staff.

For more information on the NHS 111 Service check www.nhs.uk

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
